Camping
Camping is available inside Castlewellan Forest Park. Forest Service, part of Department for Agriculture and Rural Development own the park and manage the camping. It is essential to book early as the camping is very popular (and very reasonably priced). Camping is available in two types:

Serviced Campsite – complete with electricity, showers, and all services. This site can accommodate tents, camper vans, and caravans.

Crow Road Campsite: a sustainable campsite with compost toilets and solar powered showers. This is for the more adventurous of you hardy souls. Campfire facilities are available on this site and it is set in the most spectacular part of the park.
